Proflow – Smooth Surfaces, Flawless Finish

The smoothest finish for a perfect installation

Kerakoll’s range of smoothing compounds hit the market in July 2025, bringing five top-notch products designed to give you a flawless finish—no matter the substrate or covering you’re working with. The lineup includes both single and double-component options, and all but one are moisture-tolerant, meaning you can pre-smooth green or wet cement-based screeds before applying an epoxy DPM.

The whole range has proved really popular, but Proflow MVS stands out from the crowd, with contractors calling it “a game changer.” And for good reason—it’s got a built-in moisture vapour suppressant barrier that works up to 95% RH, so there’s no need for a separate moisture barrier. That means what would usually take three product applications can now be done in just one. It sets quickly too—foot traffic in 90 minutes, resilient flooring in 4 hours, yet still gives you a generous 30-minute wet edge time.

Next, Proflow Finish and Proflow Smooth lead the rest of the range.

Proflow Finish is the ultimate all-rounder—moisture-tolerant and good to go on any substrate with any resilient flooring, up to 60mm deep. It’s a single-component, free-flowing, self-smoothing compound with a 30-minute wet edge time, ready for foot traffic and floorcoverings in just 3.5 hours. Plus, it’s got an EC1-Plus GEV Emicode rating.

Proflow Smooth is all about getting that flawless surface effortlessly. It’s got a unique free-flowing formula that fills and smooths out any substrate imperfections. With 30 minutes of working time, foot traffic in 90 minutes, and floorcoverings after just 3.5 hours, it gives you the best of both worlds—plenty of time to work with and a rapid turnaround.

Rounding off the range:

Proflow Rapid – A two-component compound you can use below a DPM, ideal for fast-track jobs where every minute counts.

Proflow Trade – The new and improved version of Trade Flow. This universal self-smoothing compound works at thicknesses from 3-10mm on most substrates.

If you’re looking for speed, reliability, and top-tier performance, this range has got you covered!
